Het provinciaal domein Het Leen is een bosrijk domein waardoor ruim 30 km wandelwegen leiden. 13 km hiervan is verhard en geschikt voor rolstoelen. Voor 0,50€ kan je in het onthaal een plannetje met alle wandelpaden kopen of je kan dit gratis downloaden op de website van het domein. In het bosinfocentrum, dat volledig op de benedenverdieping ligt, kan je terecht voor de permanente tentoonstelling 'Bos-Boom-Hout' of een boek uit de bibliotheek te raadplegen. Het Leen herbergt ook een arboretum met een collectie van meer dan 8 000 planten. Ook daar slingert een verhard (dolomiet)pad doorheen. Het onthaalpaviljoen van het arboretum is gemakkelijk te bezoeken met een rolstoel. @nl |

The provincial domain Het Leen is a wooded area with over 30 km of walking trails. 13 km of these are paved and wheelchair accessible. For €0.50, you can purchase a map of all the walking trails at the reception desk or download it for free from the domain's website. In the forest information centre, which is located entirely on the ground floor, you can visit the permanent exhibition “Forest-Tree-Wood” or consult a book from the library. Leen also houses an arboretum with a collection of more than 8,000 plants. A paved (dolomite) path winds through it. The arboretum's reception pavilion is easily accessible by wheelchair. @en |
