In 2010, the opening of Volta was front-page news in Ghent, while this monument is taking off in its latest iteration as well. None other than Anthony Snoeck (former chef at Carcasse) makes Volta shine with his energetic adaptation of classic regional products. Downstairs you can pamper your taste-buds, while upstairs at the bar you can also order small snacks or enjoy an aperitif/digestive. Opening hours: closed on Sunday & Monday.
In 2010 was de opening van Volta. wereldnieuws in Gent, maar ook in de nieuwste versie zit dit monument op stoomkracht. Niemand minder dan Anthony Snoeck (ex-Carcasse) laat Volta. weer schitteren met zijn energieke bewerking van klassieke producten. Beneden kan je je gastronomisch laten verwennen, terwijl je boven in de bar ook kleine hapjes kunt bestellen of van een aperitief/digestief kunt genieten.
