| Ergens in Vlaamse velden – op een steenworp van Tyne Cot Cemetery, hét symbool van de onuitwisbare sporen die WO I in deze streek heeft getrokken – vind je Sint-Jozef, een kaasmakerij uit het interbellum. In dit prachtige stukje erfgoed brengen we de rijke traditie van het kaasmaken op een boeiende, interactieve manier opnieuw tot leven en leer je alles wat je altijd al wilde weten over kazen maar nooit durfde te vragen. Aansluitend op het museumbezoek kan je in onze brasserie terecht voor een degustatie van diverse soorten kaas, een biertasting of een workshop kaas maken. |
