| Sinds maandag 7 december 2020 verwelkomt STAM je terug met 'Het verhaal van Gent' in een nieuwe stijl. Wanneer je volledig wilt profiteren van alles wat de stad te bieden heeft, ga dan eerst even langs STAM en dompel jezelf onder in de geschiedenis van de stad. De 300m² plattegrond van Gent waar de bezoekers overheen kunnen lopen, is een unieke manier om de stad laag voor laag te leren kennen voordat je het bezoek voortzet. Dit museum, dat in 2010 werd geopend, is absoluut geen traditioneel en saai maar een door en door modern en multimediaal museum dat zowel de geschiedenis als de toekomst illustreert. Van een tombe uit de 13e eeuw tot aan hedendaagse tentoonstellingen die het concept van de verstedelijking onderzoeken, bereid jezelf voor op een onvergetelijke indruk. |
