Er is een rolstoel beschikbaar in het museum. Er zijn ook 20 klapstoeltjes ter beschikking. Vraag ernaar bij de baliemedewerkers. Een bezoeker in een rolstoel mag een begeleider meebrengen. Die begeleider krijgt gratis toegang tot het museum. Ook assistentiehonden zijn welkom. Kinderwagens mogen mee in de museumzalen. We vragen wel om alle tassen aan de kinderwagen op te bergen in de lockers op verdieping -1. Op de 2e verdieping is een rustige ruimte voorzien voor borstvoeding. Onze bewakingsmedewerkers helpen je graag de weg te te vinden. @nl |

A wheelchair is available at the museum. Twenty folding stools are also available for visitors. Please ask the reception staff if you would like to use one. A visitor using a wheelchair may bring a companion. The companion receives free admission to the museum. Assistance dogs are also welcome. Pushchairs are allowed in the museum galleries. However, we ask visitors to store all bags attached to pushchairs in the lockers on floor -1. A quiet room for breastfeeding is available on the second floor. Our museum attendants will be happy to help you find your way. @en |

Visitors who are deaf or hard of hearing can stream the engaging audio stories via Bluetooth to their hearing aid, cochlear implant or middle ear implant using a dedicated link. Alternatively, ask at the reception desk for a guided solution that allows you to listen to the audio stories through the audio guide using the T-setting on your hearing device. All videos in the permanent exhibition are subtitled. A Flemish Sign Language interpreter accompanying visitors receives free admission. @en |

Slechthorenden kunnen met een link de boeiende audioverhalen via bluetooth streamen naar hun hoortoestel, CI of middenoor-implantaat. Of vraag een rondleiding aan de balie om de audioverhalen via de audiogids op de T-stand van je hoorhulpmiddel te beluisteren. Alle video's in de vaste tentoonstelling zijn ondertiteld.
