Er is aangepast sanitair voorzien in beide sanitaire blokken: -1 en + 2. Op de tweede verdieping bevindt zich de changing place van het Provinciaal Hof waar er voldoende plaats is voor assistentie, waar toiletbezoek mogelijk is en voor de uitvoering van transfers is de volgende uitrusting aanwezig: toilet met armsteunen, plafondtillift voor tilbanden met lussen voor transfer uit rolwagen, naar verzorgingstafel en/of naar toilet, toiletbezoek met een eigen toilettilband vanuit rolwagen – aankleedtafel – naar toilet. De verplaatsing met een passieve tillift, gebeurt bij voorkeur met de eigen tilband in de correcte maat. Deze tilband dient met lussen te zijn en is dan ook compatibel op de plafondtillift in de changing place (meest algemeen model qua uitvoering). De plafondtillift kan via de handset worden bediend. Deze moet uit de oplaadunit (muurlader) worden genomen en kan onmiddellijk worden gebruikt via de pijltjes hoog-laag. De tilband wordt aangebracht en dan kan de transfer worden gestart. Door middel van de plafondtillift kan iemand uit de rolwagen worden getild (met eigen begeleiding) en kan deze op een comfortabele wijze op de verzorgingstafel plaatsnemen. De verzorgingstafel is uitgerust met een zijhekken om tijdens de transfer de veiligheid te kunnen garanderen van de gebruiker. De verzorgingstafel is in hoogte verstelbaar. Na de uitvoering van het toiletbezoek, verzorgmoment en transfer, dient de handset terug in de houder te worden gestopt zodat de tilmotor zich terug kan opladen. Alle zorg in de changing place dient te gebeuren door de gebruiker zelf in combinatie met een eigen begeleider. Begeleiding of ondersteuning vanuit de medewerkers van het Provinciaal Hof kan niet worden aangeboden, aangezien deze personen hiervoor niet zijn opgeleid noch gecertificeerd. @nl |

Adapted sanitary facilities are provided in both sanitary blocks: -1 and + 2. The changing place of the Provincial Palace is located on the second floor, where there is sufficient space for assistance, where toilet visits are possible and where the following equipment is available for transfers: toilet with armrests, ceiling hoist for slings with loops for transfer from wheelchair to care table and/or toilet, toilet visits with your own toilet sling from wheelchair – dressing table – to toilet. Transfer with a passive hoist is preferably done with your own sling in the correct size. This sling must have loops and is therefore compatible with the ceiling hoist in the changing area (most common model in terms of design). The ceiling hoist can be operated via the handset. This must be removed from the charging unit (wall charger) and can be used immediately via the up and down arrows. The sling is put on and then the transfer can begin. Using the ceiling hoist, someone can be lifted out of the wheelchair (with their own assistance) and can sit comfortably on the care table. The care table is equipped with side rails to ensure the user's safety during the transfer. The care table is adjustable in height. After using the toilet, receiving care and transferring, the handset must be returned to the holder so that the lift motor can recharge. All care in the changing place must be provided by the user themselves in conjunction with their own carer. Assistance or support from the Provincial Palace staff cannot be provided, as these individuals are neither trained nor certified to do so. @en |

The Provincial Palace is easily accessible via the lift, which takes you from the Market Square to the reception area. The access path from the Market Square is barrier-free, but has small cobblestones and guidance is provided. Het Provinciaal Hof is vlot toegankelijk via de lift, die brengt je vanaf de Markt naar de onthaalruimte. Het toegangspad vanaf de markt verloopt drempelloos, wel met kleine kasseien en er is geleiding voorzien. De toegangsdeuren zijn automatische schuifdeuren en er is geleiding van de inkom naar de trappen en liften. @nl |

A free city centre shuttle runs a fixed route through the city centre. The shuttle provides a smooth connection between the city centre and the station. The city centre shuttle has a low entry height, a ramp, a wheelchair space and a wide door opening. The stops are displayed and announced. Er rijdt een gratis centrumshuttle een vast traject door de binnenstad. De shuttle zorgt voor een vlotte verbinding in de binnenstad tot aan het station.
